Research Interests

  • Regulation of innate immune system and inflammation in hepatic fibrosis.
  • Crosstalk between hepatic stellate cells and immune cells including Kupffer cells in liver diseases.
  • Modulation of TGFb signaling by Toll-like receptors in hepatic stellate cells.
